Web Audit File Information

The following section describes the Centricity Perinatal Web audit log.

Information from the Centricity Perinatal Web users is logged for use within the Security Audit Trail feature. The following information is logged for remote users:

Date recorded
IP Address
Application name
User ID
Description

The following actions generate an entry:

Successful log in
Successful log off
Failed attempt due to invalid credentials
Selection of a patient in the patient directory
Adding a Web Annotation to a patient’s record
Accessing the Web Summary

Note: Software version mismatches are not entered in the security audit trail.

Note: Depending on the network infrastructure, actions made in the Web application may be recorded in the audit log with a proxy server IP address rather than the originating device IP address.
